Local businesses are a crucial part of our communities, keeping money circulating in local economies and maintaining a sense of community. In order to survive against the venture capitalists and corporate companies, local businesses are increasingly realising the strengths of working together, putting aside the natural urge to compete. When businesses work together everyone benefits, the businesses themselves as well as the communities they serve.
We have created a number of Reciprocal Referral relationships with local businesses so that our Schools and Teaching Staff can access a range of affordable or subsidised industry specific services whilst supporting the local economy and contributing towards ensuring innovation and low prices for schools in our region, over the long-term.
When you consider how many small businesses surround us in or everyday lives, it is impressive to think about the amount of time, commitment and labour these hard working individuals contribute to make their businesses both come to life and stay alive.
