We are working with a Deputy Head of an SEMH school in South Tyneside who is hoping to hire a full time P.E coordinator who will teach 9 lessons of P.E per week, 4 double and 1 single. The candidate will then be utilized as a mentor/general support in both GCSE English and Maths – therefore a specialism/background in these subjects would be favourable.
The school require the candidate to be qualified up to HLTA status or level 6 (BA Degree) and they must be comfortable and confident coaching P.E within an upper KS3 class of year 11 mixed students who have various behavioural and SEMH SEN.
