With the need for special support assistants (SSAs) rising, we are currently hoping to hire several SSAs to support in our SEN school in the North Tyneside and Northumberland areas. The roles will vary however with predominantly need 1:1, group and classroom support.
To be considered for one of these roles, the ideal candidate will have recent experience working with children who have various Special Educational Needs; including ASD, ADHD, PMLD and SEMH/challenging behaviour. They will also be qualified at least up to level 3 in childcare/Specialist Support in Schools.
